An HR Industry veteran, Bhakti guides and executes the overall strategic vision — that of building iWork Solutions as THE Leading Consulting Firm in the arena of Executive Search & HRM. A STEM graduate with a degree in Computer Engineering, Ms. Yadav possesses over two decades of solid experience in Human Resource Management and Organisation Development with companies ranging from the stalwarts in the legacy Industrial and Manufacturing sectors, to the new-age ITES big-wigs.

Bhakti's cumulative and comprehensive experience comprises of 10,000+ interviews, a deep understanding of the requirements of diverse sectors, and an unrelenting passion to build something ground-up — and this reflects in the iWork Solutions ethos, quite palpably.

I began my journey with iWork Solutions with a B.Tech. degree, as a fresher. However, I got an opportunity to deploy, discover and develop my capabilities, passion and expertise, every step of the way. Today, I have risen to the position of an Asst. Manager - Delivery Excellence, in Recruitment for the IT and Non-IT practices of iWork Solutions, and am just as excited to start my workday as I did as a bright-eyed fresher, every single morning!
